We rebuild the hero, the demo, the pricing — the three surfaces that decide whether a visitor stays or bounces. Each one ships in week two and starts collecting test data immediately. By week six we know which version of the story converts.

Paid amplifies what's already working. If the story is sharp, the page converts and the pipeline is filling, paid drops CAC. If any of those are broken, paid just lights money on fire faster. We turn it on once the first three are proven.
